Pastor Tevin Boykin was born on April 26, 1994. He graduated from High school in 2012 and College in 2016 with a Business Administration Degree. He is a resident of Rocky Mount, NC and is employed with the Nash County Public Schools system. He is married to Portia Boykin and they are the proud parents of one daughter, Makenzie. 

 

Pastor Boykin grew up in Union View Original Free Will Baptist Church under the leadership of the Late Honorable, Bishop J.N. Perry Jr. During his tenure, he was a member of the Youth Department, Youth Choir, Usher Board, Brotherhood, Musician, and Minister Board. Pastor Boykin preached his initial sermon on the 2nd Sunday of February, 2013. His text came from 1 Kings Chapter 13, verses 15 - 22. He used for a subject, “Are You Making the Right Choice”. He was ordained an Elder of the Middle Eastern District Original Free Will Baptist Conference of America on April 28, 2018.

 

In October of 2019, Pastor Boykin was elected as the Pastor of Mt Zion Original Free Will Baptist Church in Wilson, NC. In October of 2020, Pastor Boykin was elected as Pastor of Union View Original Free Will Baptist Church
